A limited number of companies, institutions and figures are offered the opportunity to become partners in this initiative according to the following criteria:
1. To be a private firm that is registered in one of the states of the Arab and Islamic World.
2. Or be a well known and reputable business man.
3. To sign a partnership agreement in the initiative
